My blog isn’t just to motivate/show progress. Its to show the honesty of weight loss, the roller coaster ride of emotion it truly is. Sometimes, there are hard days/weeks… The holidays kicked my butt. I wish I would have been stronger in my decisions with food… I can deal with the days I missed my workouts, but I must admit, I feel unbalanced. I feel BLAH. I have a long journey. I need to quit making rest stops. 😞😞😞😞 I missed my Zumba class this morning cause I overslept. But I will be going at night. &I will eat great today. I gotta take my journey day by day. It doesn’t matter how FAST we go, as long as we are GOING. I hope you are all doing well. If you have any advice on this, share it.
Here we go, just got back on the road… Slow and steady.
In honor of #transformationtuesday ! I’ve said it once and I will say it again, my cheeks will always be chubby, but at least I don’t look like I’m consistently holding my breath anymore. 😁 I’m not finished with what I started and thankfully I never will be. I started my weight loss as a phase, but phases last only short term, which is why I wasn’t as consistent as I could’ve been. Now I’m a completely different person: healthier, happier, more confident. My entire lifestyle has changed. I’m not going through a phase, I’m not going through a diet; I just like to take care of myself by eating healthy and staying active. However, I still have goals: last main goals are to lose another 20 lbs, but mainly focusing on lowering my body fat. I want to keep my muscles! People are so concerned about “weight loss,” they forget to give themselves credit for the muscle they’ve gained simultaneously with the fat they’ve lost. I’m not making that mistake again. Slow and steady wins the race. 👌😘🏁🏁🏁 #weightloss #lifting #girlswholift #progress #crossfit #eatclean #getfit #fitfam #fitness #fitspo #healthy #diet #protein #lowcarb #iifym #iifymgirls #losingweight #loseweight #fatloss #smile #selfie #thinspo #workingonmyass
